Let me help with your computer

Three steps. Takes about two minutes. Nothing is installed permanently and I can't connect unless you're there.

1

Download and install

Click below, then open the file from your Downloads folder.

Download for Windows

If Windows says "protected your PC", click More infoRun anyway. If it asks permission to make changes, click Yes.

2

Copy my settings

Click this button. It copies a short code to your clipboard.

3

Paste them into the app

In RustDesk, click the button next to your ID, choose Network, then click Import Server Config.

It fills everything in by itself. Click OK.

If it asks you to "unlock" first, click the lock and approve.

4

Read me the numbers

The app shows Your ID (nine digits) and a Password. Send me both, or read them over the phone.

Leave the window open until we're finished.

If "Import Server Config" didn't work — type it in by hand

In RustDesk: ⋮ → Network, unlock, and fill in these two fields exactly. Leave everything else blank.

You stay in control

I can only connect while the app is open, and only with the password it shows you — which changes every time unless you set a permanent one. Close the window and the connection ends. You'll see exactly what I'm doing the whole time.
